Mirax Fuel Products Warranty
Mirax Fuel Products fuel tanks carry a conditional three-year warranty from the date of the first consumer sale by Mirax against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is void if the tank is not properly installed, is used in a manner other than that for which the tank was intended, and/or in any case where unauthorized repair work, or modification has been done on the tank. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Claims Procedure:
Customers wishing to file a claim under this warranty must contact Mirax Fuel Products either by phone or in writing. We can be reached at (928) 680-5670 or by mail at Mirax Fuel Products, Attn: Warranty Claims Dept., 1675-#103 Kiowa Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
When a claim is filed, the customer must provide the following information: the date the item was purchased and to whom it was sold. Mirax will use this information to determine if the item is under warranty. If the item is under warranty, instructions will be given as to how to return the item to Mirax. The item may be repaired, replaced or another reasonable course of action taken by Mirax Fuel Products. It is at the sole discretion of Mirax Fuel Products to determine which course of action is the most practical in fulfilling the obligations of this warranty.
Note: Mirax Fuel Products will not pay for or reimburse the cost of repair work and/or labor if prior authorization is not received from Mirax Fuel Products.
